Shakes runs, and designs “Personal Mastery Workshops” and “ Multiracial Leadership Camps” for schools from grade six all the way up to university first year students.
His work provides an opportunity for the young people of South Africa to meet each other cross-culturally in a neutral non threatning well facilitated activities.
